Albion Water Limited hereby publishes a Notice under Section 8 of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has made an application for a variation to its appointment as a water undertaker and a variation to its appointment as a sewerage undertaker for an area at Rissington, Gloucestershire.
Albion Water Limited, registered number 03102176 of 71 Clarence Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 0BN, (“the Company”), hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 8 of the Water Industry Act 1991 that is has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Thames Water for part of an area at Rissington and to be the sewerage undertaker in plac eof Thames Water for a different par tof the area. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
