We have published our annual performance report. We are delighted to announce that we have maintained our exemplary levels of service to our customers for another year. We have again achieved 100% compliance for drinking water quality and supported our customers through a major incident on Dŵr Cymru’s drinking water network where we were able to keep on site operations running despite other local industries being forced to shut down. We launched a Welsh language version of our website and continue to maintain close relationships with our customers. We have worked with all of our stakeholders to manage sustainability and resilience and continue to work with North Wales Wildlife Trust to promote biodiversity, public access, local amenities and wellbeing.
