We are pleased to announce that our water supply charges for 2026-27 are increasing below the rate of inflation. Our Miscellaneous Charges are changing in line with our bulk supplier’s charges.
Albion Eco’s exemplary services are provided within our inset area in Deeside, with bulk supply water services delivered to us using Dŵr Cymru’s network up to the boundary of the inset.
In line with our original NAV application to Ofwat, your charges fund a dedicated team who ensure that you receive the best water quality and service possible, meeting all regulatory requirements. Alongside your water services we provide advice and guidance on private water networks and infrastructure. We work directly with our bulk supplier and customers to ensure the resilience of our site, and we help to improve the local environment through initiatives designed to meet our obligations under the Wellbeing and Future Generations Act.
