Angela has worked in the water industry since 2009. Instrumental in setting up the company’s head office functions and maintaining ISO compliance, she also headed up the customer services team for Albion’s first domestic NAV and ensured excellent service as the customer base expanded, managing customer onboarding and communications. Joining the Team as Business Process Manager, Angela is now focussed on business development, supporting regulatory compliance and leading on NAV applications.
